Zero Point Listening Instructions

Introduction

ZP powered titles are exceptionally powerful, and as such, requires different listening instructions depending on which titles you’re stacking together and whether they’re built in ZP or Qv2. Please read the entire page, including the safety notices (as special care must be taken with ZP titles) and all of the listening patterns, even if they don’t pertain to your particular situation.

PLEASE Read: Safety Notices

At Subliminal Club, we’ve always embraced the idea of experimentation and customer choice. We still believe in those notions, but given the sheer power of titles built in Zero Point and to protect not only our company but the entire industry as a whole, we highly recommend that you adhere to the recommended listening pattern until you have a complete grasp on how Zero Point affects your life.

First and foremost: Do NOT listen to any Zero Point subliminal before or while driving, operating machinery, or any situation where special care / safety is needed. We accept no responsibility for use of our subliminal audio programs in these situations. These titles are extremely powerful and can have a “sedating” effect on some individuals. Given the fact that Zero Point titles run for only 15 minutes, there’s no need to rush and listen before entering a situation where feeling sleepy can cause potential safety issues. Again, please adhere to these instructions, even if you’ve never experienced sleepiness on a subliminal (including Zero Point) before.

Second: Do NOT overexpose yourself to Zero Point powered subliminals. By overexposure, we’re referring to listening to more than the recommend amount of loops. With Zero Point, less is more, hence why the following listening patterns contain so many rest days. The following listening patterns were evaluated by multiple testing cohorts — individuals who cover a wide and diverse spectrum of people, and we have confirmed with very high accuracy that these patterns will maximize the speed and profundity of results while greatly limiting side effects, like reconciliation.

With every purchase, we are including an additional audio file with an audible voice informing you that a new loop is beginning. To use this, create a playlist in your favorite audio player, then place this “warning” sound in-between each subliminal on the playlist. This will help prevent you from falling asleep and leaving the playlist on repeat.

Third, and this is very important: If you include a Zero Point title in your stack, that stack is now limited to a MAX of three titles. The makeup of the stack doesn’t matter — once you include Zero Point, you are limited to three titles. Your stack can be comprised of one Zero Point title and two Qv2 titles, two Zero Point titles and one Qv2 title, etc., but once you include Zero Point, you must limit yourself to three titles.

Note that Zero Point enhances the results of Qv2 titles, but can also amplify the reconciliation. This is why we must limit the amount of titles in your stack as well as lower the listening time. But, don’t fret — with Zero Point, less is more. You WILL be pleased with how well your stack functions. Also, PLEASE DO NOT RUN A ZERO POINT AND QV2 VERSION OF THE SAME TITLE. This can lead to harsh reconciliation.

Listening Patterns

All of the Zero Point listening patterns are exceptionally simple and easy to use, but the patterns differ depending on the blend of your stack (Zero Point vs. Qv2 or Ultima). If you’re new, simply look at the filename — it specifies whether you’re listening to a Zero Point title, Quintessence v2 (Qv2) title or an Ultima powered title.

To simplify explaining the listening patterns, if you’re using an Ultima-powered title, simply treat it as a Qv2.

If you’re listening to a single Zero Point title, the pattern is exceptionally easy:

Listen to 1-2 loops of the title, then take the next day off. Do this for roughly three weeks / 21 days then take five days off. That’s it. To illustrate:

  • Day 1: 1-2 loops
  • Day 2: Rest
  • Day 3: 1-2 loops
  • Day 4: Rest

… and so on. After 21 days, take five days off. If Day 21 is a rest day, you may include that in your five days off.

If you have TWO titles in your stack, both Zero Point, do the following:

  • Day 1: 1 loop of each title.
  • Day 2: Rest
  • Day 3: 1 loop of each title
  • Day 4: Rest

… and so on. After 21 days, take five days off. If Day 21 is a rest day, you may include that in your five days off.

If you have TWO titles in your stack, 1 ZP / 1 Qv2, do the following:

  • Day 1: 1-2 loops of ZP title.
  • Day 2: Rest
  • Day 3: 1 loop of Qv2
  • Day 4: Rest
  • Day 5: 1-2 loops of ZP title
  • Day 6: Rest
  • Day 7: 1 loop of Qv2
  • Day 8: Rest

After 21 days, take five days off. If Day 21 is a rest day, you may include that in your five days off. We know this may not seem like a lot of exposure, especially with the ZP subs being 15 minutes, but Zero Point acts as an inherent results booster for both Zero Point and Qv2. So, we need to make sure we don’t hit that overexposure mark.

If you’re running three titles, all Zero Point:

Like the other patterns, this one is very simple. You’ll listen to two titles on one day, take a rest day, then listen to the third title on the following day:

  • Day 1: 1x first ZP title, 1x second ZP title
  • Day 2: Rest
  • Day 3: 1x third ZP title
  • Day 4: Rest
  • Day 5: 1x first ZP title, 1x second ZP title
  • Day 6: Rest
  • Day 7: 1x third ZP title
  • Day 8: Rest

After 21 days, take five days off. If Day 21 is a rest day, you may include that in your five days off.

If you’re running three titles, 2 ZP, 1 Qv2:

In this situation, the listening pattern is similar to the first, except you’ll be running 1 loop of each ZP on the “ZP days.”

  • Day 1: 1x first ZP title, 1x second ZP title
  • Day 2: Rest
  • Day 3: 1 Loop of Qv2
  • Day 4: Rest
  • Day 5: 1x first ZP title, 1x second ZP title
  • Day 6: Rest
  • Day 7: 1 Loop of Qv2
  • Day 8: Rest

After 21 days, take five days off. If Day 21 is a rest day, you may include that in your five days off.

And last, if you have 2 Qv2 titles and one ZP title in your stack, follow this pattern:

  • Day 1: 1 loop of ZP title
  • Day 2: Rest
  • Day 3: 1 Loop of both Qv2 titles
  • Day 4: Rest
  • Day 5: 1 loop of ZP title
  • Day 6: Rest
  • Day 7: 1 Loop of both Qv2 titles
  • Day 8: Rest

After 21 days, take five days off. If Day 21 is a rest day, you may include that in your five days off.

Experimental Patterns

The following listening patterns are completely experimental, meaning we have little data from the community regarding their efficacy. They are based upon our observations, personal tests and reports from our group of “offline” testers who are compensated to test products. You can help us significantly by reporting your results on our community forum.

Reconciliation Reduction Pattern

If you’re experiencing a lot of reconciliation on Zero Point powered titles, first, try doubling up on rest days. That means, instead of taking one rest day in-between listening days, do two back-to-back. Yes, we know it’s hard, but please remember that Zero Point scripting sticks around for a few days after listening to a loop.

If you’re using this pattern, you’ll still need to take a washout period after 21 days, but you can shorten it to three days instead of five.

Also, please make sure that you are well-hydrated and eating nutrient dense foods when running ZP powered subliminals. In fact, drink and eat a bit more than you’re used to, as ZP subliminals can be a bit more demanding on the body and mind.

Once the relentless reconciliation has decreased in frequency, try the appropriate non-experimental listening pattern for your stack again.

Hard Gainer Pattern

This pattern is for those who are legitimate “hard gainers,” meaning they can run a subliminal for an ordinate amount of time and experience nothing. This pattern is also for those running only ZP-powered subliminals. There’s no mixing and matching here. Third, this pattern is for legitimate hard gainers who are listening to multiple titles.

First, when we say a hard gainer experiences nothing, we mean absolutely nothing. If you experience fatigue after listening to a ZP title, you’re not a hard gainer, that’s a result indicating that your subconscious is indeed processing the script.

If you experience mild euphoria or productivity, slight attraction from others, or some other very mild result, but in your eyes those results “could’ve happened without the subliminal,” you’re not a hard gainer.

This is beyond the scope of this article, but those who do get small results but identify as a hard gainer are essentially rewiring their minds to disregard all results as coincidence, which will eventually evolve into them becoming a hard gainer.

For those who have already reached that level: You will run one loop per day of a single title, every day. If your stack consists of three titles, you alternate each day. For example, if I’m running Limitless ZP, Chosen ZP and Wanted ZP, the pattern goes as follows:

  • Day 1: Limitless ZP x1
  • Day 2: Chosen ZP x1
  • Day 3: Wanted ZP x1
  • Day 4: Limitless ZP x1
  • Day 5: Chosen ZP x 1

… and so forth. Since hard gainers have developed mental faculties to reject any and all subliminal programming (at least using the delivery method we use), listening to the same title over and over can result in the subconscious ignoring it even more.

By rotating the titles, you expose the subconscious to different scripting in an attempt to get a reaction. The moment you get a reaction, whether it’s a good result — regardless of whether it’s grandiose or small, fatigue, headache, sleepiness, etc., IMMEDIATELY recognize it as a result and switch back to the appropriate non-experimental listening pattern. Do NOT pull the “it could’ve happened without the sub” logic trap. If you continue to do this, you will only block off any mental pathways for results even more.
