We recommend that you try your hardest to finish an entire loop in one sitting, but life happens. If you’re interrupted and you have to stop listening to the subliminal momentarily, you don’t have to start the loop over as long as you immediately PAUSE the subliminal and start it back at the same position when you return. That being said, if you’re interrupted for more than 30 minutes and you haven’t listened to at least half of the subliminal’s duration, we recommend starting over.
Once again, we HIGHLY recommend that you try your hardest to listen to the entire loop at once. Also, you’ll want to be cognizant of the fact that you can inadvertently cause overload by starting the loop over and over again. For example, if you managed to get through 25 minutes of a subliminal, but had to start over because you were away for 30 minutes, and this happens multiple times in a day, then you listen to the title overnight, you could overexpose yourself to the title and trigger reconciliation.
An easy way to prevent this is by using a spreadsheet to track your listening time. It doesn’t have to be complicated, just a log of when you started and stopped the subliminal. That way, if you’re interrupted, you’ll know exactly how you should proceed.
Please do not use these guidelines as a way to justify not listening to an entire loop (or listening to more). While I used 30 minutes as an example, that’s not the point where the script repeats. Each title has a different point where the script starts over, and trying to stop at 30 minutes will throw off your results.
